WHEN YOU DO ACTIVITY.. AND WE DO THAT A FEW TO MOST DAYS.. AND YOGA.. IN BETWEEN CHOCOLATE.. HAHA.. YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO HAVE DOWN TIME.. SO THE MUSCLES CAN BUILD UP.. ACTIVITY BREAKS THE MUSCLES.. WE KNOW THAT.. BUT WE MUST INJECT MORE DOWN TIME.. WE THINK.. TO BECOME MORE FIT.. THAT MAKES SENSE.. HAHA.. GODS BLESSINGS.. RJ KNIGHT
